The reusable foam CPAP filters should be checked every 30 days cleaned and washed under warm water as necessary. The DeVilbiss CPAP filter is located at the rear of the DeVilbiss CPAP machine.

You should always replace the DeVilbiss CPAP foam filter (every 12 x months or sooner) if it is damaged. The DeVilbiss filter replacement is designed to filter particles larger than 3.0 microns in size.
